STORYIn the year of 2008, In the heart of the country of "Cloud Nine", The city of Slayde, famed for it's prestigious News Broadcasting Company "Mustard News" is shaken to it's core when a ruthless killer hits the streets, taking countless lives and tearing many families apart in their wake, one of these lives being that of one innocent young "Ben Anderson" the sweetheart son of "Kenny Anderson" and his fiance "Melody Rose"After news of Ben's death spread throughout the city, Kenny and Melody shut themselves away in their home for months, shutting themselves off from the unending paparazzi trying to disturb their grieving to get a quick headline for the local paper "Mustard Weekly", All the while the killer responsible for Ben's murder continues to run rampant, with no effort from Slayde's Police Department to apprehend them.After months of solitude in their home, Kenny and Melody finally work up the courage to try entering back into society, and live their lives again, not wanting the death of their son to prevent them from living their lives, following the Grand Re-Opening of their Newspaper Store "Newz Groundz!" however, a local delinquent under the name "Ratz" pays a visit to scold Kenny and his fiance for their "cowardly actions" of hiding away in their home rather than pursuing the killer, revealing to Kenny that the police had in fact, made no attempt to investigate Ben's Death, It is upon this discovery that Kenny and Melody hatch a plan to take the investigation into their own hands.After recruiting two of their close friends "Eddie Crumb", a prestigious Surgeon and "Star Mustard", News Anchor for "Mustard News" and Local Celebrity, the gang begin their long and harrowing saga to track down The elusive "Kandy Killer"

author's notesKandyLand Massacre is a comic I have been slowly coneceptualising for the better part of a decade (ever since ya girl was an edgy teen who didn't know how to write to save her life), The story has undergone many changes and rewrites, but finally i'm at a point where the general plot has been mostly consistent for a few years! the story follows "kenny anderson" along with his fiance and childhood friends, as they hunt down the "kandy killer" who is responsible for dispatching their darling son "ben anderson".get to know the colorful cast of characters spanning across the weird and wonderful country of "Cloud Nine"

Kenny AndersonThe grief stricken father of murder victim Ben Anderson, Kenny is a sad, shy little hermit of a guy, tasked with investigating the murder of his poor son, he might appear weak willed but he always pulls through when the situation calls for it

Melody RoseMother of murder victim Ben Anderson, Melody Rose is a ray of sunshine, even in the wake of her son's death she's able to believe in the good of the world, and is always there to bring hope where there is doubt, although she ends up bottling up a little too much

Eddie CrumbThe best Brother-in-Law a guy could ask for, Eddie is an honest, hard working guy with a peace loving attitude, working as the most reputable Surgeon this side of Cloud Nine, despite his Easy-going demeanor he always steps up to the plate when he's needed

Star MustardThe voice of Slayde and heir to the Mustard Empire, Bartholomeu "Star" Mustard is quite the misunderstood young man, under all the glory of being a big shot News Anchor, is a passionate man with a penchant for photography, he always gets giddy around cameras

The Kandy KillerBEWARE THE KANDY KILLER!! This cold, calculated killer knows no morals, preying on those with love in their hearts, bitter at the world for what it stole away from them, watch your back, the Kandy Killer is highly unpredictable
